Let's be realistic, if a provider offers 24/7 access - then it's going to cost you a lot more than we charge. If you don't need 24/7 access, why pay more for something that you're not going to use?
Gold Support, Diamond Support and Football HR Support HR contracts require a commitment of just 12 months. This is necessary because all levels of cover include us creating all of your operationally bespoke HR resources for you - and we couldn't do this for the price we offer, if you only had a month by month contract commitment.
Don't forget though, that for the fixed price of all our three levels of cover, you're also going to receive unlimited HR Support, Guidance, Advice and Resources throughout the 12 months of your cover.
This is a really important question, that every employer looking at HR cover should be asking before they commence a contract. We hear so many horror stories from new clients, who have been trapped with a poorly performing HR provider in a non-cancellable five year contract. We have no small print in relation to cancelling your contract with us at the end of your 12 month commitment. Quite simply, a couple of weeks before the contract is due to expire, we will invite you to renew. If you choose not to, then you're out of contract - and free to make your own arrangements. No drama, no threats, no problem. However, there is a reason why 95% of our clients have renewed with us every year since their contract commenced - which we think that speaks volumes about how we do business.
We believe we should make it compelling for our clients to want to stay with us, not making it difficult for them to leave.
We charge significantly less than the large, less personal providers. As an example (and based upon cover for 15 employees) you can have three months of cover with one HR provider for the price we charge for 12 month of cover. Alternatively, you can sign up for a five year non-cancellable contract with another HR provider for their "discounted price" - which is over 300% more per annum than we charge. And even then, they still do not offer the diverse range of policies, procedures and support that we do.
We charge less, but give you so much more.
